Self-Analysis for the Program

            This program greatly assisted in my professional growth through the analysis and class discussions about health care issues relevant to contemporary nursing. The baccalaureate program’s emphasis lay in culturally congruent care as well as proactive care. The program instills strong leadership qualities into their students including myself. Upon graduation, I feel prepared to work individually or collaboratively in variety of settings to promote wellness and manage illness.
