Individual Strengths

There are many reasons why I believe that I may be an asset to the (Unit) as a new Staff Nurse.

On a personal level, I consider myself to be a highly motivated, punctual, and honest person.  Furthermore, I work-well with others, as well as, independently.

Professionally, I have gained a great deal of experience through hands-on clinical training at various hospitals, in addition to the much broader skills training at the University from which I graduated.

Since this time, I have also been caring for a client with late-stage Alzheimer’s which has greatly broadened my personal professional nursing skills set. 

Overall, I believe that I am a hard-worker and critical thinker. I always try to draw from my experiences in making decisions, which I understand, can greatly affect the people and patients around me in a clinical setting.
