ICFF: The event that I was waiting for the longest time. It’s been mentioned countless times, from the interview to the days prior to it. Before anyone asks, why go to a furniture fair if one’s a graphic or web designer? It’s still all design and it would be a disservice to any designer if he or she didn’t go and learn something from the event. I looked at logos, the typefaces they were using, patterns, color palettes and gauge what art style or process they used to get them to the finalized version that everyone’s seeing.
