1a)   Here at my internship when I do design work I usually create everything myself so I can avoid sourcing images and having to credit where they came from. As a designer I know how important it is to make sure the photo’s are free to use and have no danger to be copyrighted. Also I must make sure that whatever I do or create it must not create potential conflicts of interest when it comes to the company. My company wants us to be creative with our designs, also they give the designers creative control but it just has to make sense on the location and sourcing of their logo.

1b) When I got accepted as a intern I was not approached with a NDA or a confidential contract. I was told about he company and the mission and end goal and I started my work from that point on and have been doing well and receiving great feedback.
