The author, Christine Robinson explains documentation could be a problem in her article, “Documentation Dillemmas.” Documentation is important to preserve the information and knowledge, but she warns it has a possibility to tend to be bad. In any cases to write a documentation, focusing on the specific theme and maintaining the topic are required. To create good documentation, we need to follow the direction and keep maintaining the quality. The author concludes in her article, “all organizations face documentation dilemmas.” It’s much better to keep motivated to write better documentation than worrying about the problem we might make in the process of documentation. To avoid such a dilemma and problem, using the knowledge and tips learned from the lecture and Willam Badke’s text book will be a big help for us to finish up our final documentation project.
