The Code of Best Practices in Fair Use for Media Literacy Education

In this video about fair use, I really liked the concept of “Fair use”. The educators that are presented in this video recap are very interesting on focusing on the issues that concerns explanation to students why isn’t “it”, meaning the use of recording for instance during a class room discussion considered none “Fair use” of the rights and the digital ideas that were conveyed in the classroom. basically the video speaks about and I quote” a code of best practices that helps educators using media literacy concepts and techniques to interpret the copyright doctrine of fair use” .This code of practice is virtually invisible in most establishments, but need to be clearly cut and build for a better fluent classroom a activities.
