All organizations need documenations, because it is a very necessary process for theĀ organizations to keep their resources. And it is a very effective to way to improve working standard and efficiency. According to Irene E. Edge, by requiring the students make documentations when the student do their project, the students made progress of learning the concept, and the student can go back and forth in their study to find out the changes that have been made and if there is any mistake during the project. Documentation is a very useful process, but it can also creat problem. According to Christine Robinson, documentation rises the expectations, especially in the quality management system. “When expectations are not met, disillusionment andĀ discontent can result.” So we also have to find a way of balancing the process, to rise its efficiency to the maximum level.
