With over 20 years hospitality management experience, including serving in senior executive management positions in luxury hotels and providing consulting services to several internationally recognized lodging brands, I am privileged to teach at City Tech. I teach Perspectives in Hospitality Management, Professional Alliances, Executive Housekeeping Principles, and Hospitality Management Internship. I am Scholarship Chair, Faculty Advisor to the Spoons Across America Club and a member of the Professional Development Advisory Council. I currently serve on the James Beard Foundation's Scholarship National Selection Committee and on the Board of Trustees for Spoons Across America.
I have developed strong professional ties through networking and community outreach efforts, creating learning opportunities for students and providing them with the ongoing support that positions them to become successful hospitality managers while continuing to reach their educational and professional goals.
