Today in Student Life i was given an assignment to be done and surprisingly i finished in 4 hours at home because what i do is that i finish any design work at home and later e-mail it to them. However like any designer i think we all hate when they tell us there has to be this change and that change ect. people who are not artist or designers just do not understand that anything that you slave over 4 to 10 hours isnt something you can make fast, its not like snapping your finger and boom its done. so i had one of those days, which makes it 3 times harder when your a student doing multiple things in life inside of college and outside of college.
Now im doing two posters and they are fun to do and its a great work to put in my portfolio, besides most of the time i spend a lot of time sitting in their office. however they tend to leave things to the last moment and expecting the designer to somehow be a miracle worker. I hope in the future i work can work with people who understand the sacrifice that a designer does daily. wether in-house or design studio.
