Now that I think about it, Naiaine does not want to leave her because she will forget her one day.

Structure: The structure of this novel, ā€œRipe Figsā€ is a sequence of comparing and contrasting between Maman-Naiaine and Bebette.

Audience: The audience of this novel, ā€œRipe Figsā€ caters toward adolescents and young adults because they will able to understand the meaning behind it.

Plot: Frankly, Babette unions with her cousin, Maman-Naiaine and discussed about the Figs.
