Argument

Its unsurprising that experts have strong opinions about the effects of binge-watching Netflix. In particular, Lilian Cheung argues that TV viewing in general can promote poor diet choices due to the constant exposure to unhealthy foods, beverages, and snacks which result in mood changes and lack of sleep. Personally, I believe that most people would agree that Netflix or watching TV in general can alter certain things in your brain making you feel that you need more sugar, episodes and “relax time.” However, as a teen with stronger will-power to get out of the trance or persuasion of the TV, I can say it isn’t hard to eat an healthier option, turn off the TV and get a good night sleep. I guess the risks depend on the type of persons will power binge-watching TV as well.
