This was my favorite class while attending in the Disney college program. The class has been very interesting and I had learned a lot. I know that the things I learned, I will apply it in my real life later on in the future. Human Resource Management Course explores the human resource management function in a corporate setting and focuses on the development of knowledge and skills that all managers and leaders need. This course focuses on such subjects as the selection process, employment law, labor relations, compensation, and performance development, corporate training and maintaining effective environments.
