This class has been very unique for me, I have never taken a class like this before.The Disney Experiential Learning Course combines academic classroom education with a variety of self-directed learning opportunities. Classroom instruction centers on theories of adult learning, experiential learning, learning organizations, and conversational learning. I was able to explore a variety of learning styles and experiences to develop an understanding of their learning preferences. Taking this class, I learned ways that I learn better and how I react to it. I got to know myself on a deeper level.
