About A Postman was accomplished by working around the script. We created shot list’s for some scenes but never completed all of them by our shooting days. for those scenes we shot on the fly just using the script and our visual ideas of the scenes. Having a crew member for each position, on set dedicated audio recorder, Light designer, prop master, director and director of photography helped to keep our workflow going as well as made scheduling difficult. We working using the “shooting out” method by recording all the shots from a scene on one side than moving to the other. After finishing our shoot day the media was transferred from SD cards to a portable hard drive for backup and edited off of a copy of the backup. audio had to be synced due to capturing  it from a field recorder. all clips were recorded at 1080P 24 frames per second and edited on avid media composer including effects and color correction.
