Social Responsibility is known as the health & safety of the people, the environment of our people and as well our social & community. Everyday police officers are on patrol to bring justice so that our safety of the people are safe and community/ environment is healthy. We the people benefit from the role of the officer. Many others uses to “responsibility”. Which means trustworthy, mature, obligation, duties, liability. In my opinion, responsibility is a second nature. As a person matures they become liable and the expectation from others as well increases, it’s your job to maintain the trust you have from others. Social Responsibility (SR) is practiced in the business community. Corporate social responsibility is about setting policies and objectives to target the SR by improving employee training, team leadership, addressing climate change & energy efficiency and engaging with employees/ neighbors. By monitoring these priorities everybody will benefit.
Part 3
What makes a community is its environment, education, house, church, neighborhood, loved ones…etc. social responsibility be everywhere. For an example in my house I would want to keep my floors clean so i get a mat and remind everyone to take off their sneakers at the door. Reminding everyone to take off their shoes at the door is a responsibility that I gave myself to provide positive change. The action of me getting a mat for my house also show a good benefit the community. I have seen Teachers playing a big role in our communities who have a social responsibility. Teachers are with you from when you are a baby In first grade until the day you can’t learn anymore and they are responsible to keep you informed with knowledge in a practice where you can remember. Teachers are to design and effective strategies to develop independent learners. To promote motivation by providing a challenging learning experiences such as competition, self-exploration, questioning, making choices, setting goals, planning and organizing, implementing, self-evaluating and completing tasks and projects . This is a huge benefit for the learners as to basic skills needed in life and I feel like the teachers have one of the biggest social responsibility.
Social responsibility is the obligation of the firm , beyond the requirement of low, to take into consideration in its decision making the social consequences of its decision and action as well as profit. People should be willing to improve & taking care of whatever is important to them and people should accept that one is giving their time to them. Benefiting the society is a good thing and is highly recommended for everyone to do .
