Fall 2026: Open call to all faculty and staff: Highlight a Hispanic Latin American Professional for Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct 15) student assignment
Submissions will be accepted before or during the span of Hispanic Heritage month — September 15 – October 15. Full Guidelines can be found below.
To enter the initiative (faculty/staff), participating faculty will provide the HSI Steering Committee with a picture of the final mounted display of all student-made posters from their respective departments. Please enter your information in this link.
I am sharing with you an editable version of the assignment guidelines so that they can be freely integrated into your courses (attached below), as well as the general guidelines for participation.
All participating faculty will receive a digital badge to serve as evidence of their service for their records and their submitted picture will be highlighted in the upcoming HSI Steering Committee newsletter.
- Due date: The HSI Steering Committee will accept submissions during the span of Hispanic Heritage month (September 15-October 15).
