My menu is a mid-west themed menu. This dish is a traditional Minnesota comfort food. This dish does not align with Walter Willet’s notions of health because it is high in saturated fat and low in complex carbohydrates. (I would also add another few sentences about how the MyFitness Pal data relates to the information in the book.)
Don’t forget MyFitnessPal Evaluation— I’m not including it here because I know you know how to do it already.
