NIGHTWISH
My music video is of the song “Sleeping Sun” by the band Nightwish. The song is much gentler and calmer compared to their other works, so I created a music video with calm imagery and slow transitions.

Nightwish is a metal band from Finland, founded by the trio of Tuomas Holopainen, Emppu Vuorinen, and Tarja Turunen. Since their debut in 1996, they’ve released 9 albums and several singles that mix the genres of metal, folk, and symphonic music. They are currently working on their 10th studio album.
ANODYNE 2 RETURN TO DUST
Anodyne 2 Return to Dust is a story following the character of Nova: A newborn, tasked by a mysterious organization called “The Center” with the job of ridding the world of dust, a mysterious substance that brings chaos and instability. Equipped with a vacuum cleaner and a machine that lets her shrink down to molecular levels, Nova travels around the world of New Theland. She meets it’s strange inhabitants and rids them of the dust within that’s been seemingly the cause of their problems. Along the way Nova learns what it means to be alive, and comes to question her relation with dust, the center, and herself.
Nemesis is the main antagonist o the horror game Resident Evil 3. He chases the player around throughout the game and is incredibly imposing.
We as a world haven’t all together felt peace in hundreds of years, and what we see coming out of Ukraine is a wake up to the horrors of war that have been felt by someone out there every day. It extends beyond declarations of war and military action, it touches every minute of everyday life. Even if government officially declare ends to a war, those who were caught in the middle of it will not be at peace for a long time. Without understanding of one another and particularly those touched by war, there won’t be peace.

Nigeria is a country located in West Africa. It is the most populous country in Africa, with over 200 million people residing there. Nigeria is a very diverse country, being inhabited by over 250 ethnic groups spanning the country. Geographically it borders the Sahel in the north and the Gulf of Guinea in the south.

Poland
Poland is a country located in eastern Europe. It’s a country that spans over a large stretch of geography, touching a sea coast on one end and a mountain range on the other. In-between are flatlands and several rivers that run through the country. One such river is the Dunajec, which runs through a large stretch of southern Poland. The river is a natural border between the nations of Poland and Slovakia. By the river and the border is the town of Szczawnica, which is not far from where my family comes from. An offshoot of the river (pictured below) runs through the middle of town, and is enjoyed by the people living there as a place to relax and play.
