For this project, I’m thinking about doing a TED talk maybe. I feel like it would make much more sense for my audience to be CUNY students. I don’t think 4th graders would enjoy or want to hear anything about mental health stuff. I want more people to know about how mental illness/health is treated in the Hispanic community and see what we can do to not pass this toxicity over to other people and such. I don’t know where to start but ill figure it out

Lizeth, I think it will be useful for you to look at TED talks and find some that you like. I do think college students are a good audience, but I also think that young people struggle with depression more than older people want to admit (https://themighty.com/2016/07/having-depression-and-mental-health-problems-in-4th-grade/). I’m not saying you need to make this your audience, I’m just saying 4th graders suffer too. I know my sister did.
