Portfolio Description

A Portfolio is a very valuable tool used in seeking employment (nursing) or if already employed can be used in seeking advancement in the career. This Portfolio will also involve a self-learning analysis of the advance knowledge I received throughout the Baccalaureate program. The analysis is in relation to the program objectives, it influence on my experiences ( staff RN) and how it has changed my practice knowledge and understanding of nursing.
