    This is the place to share insights, questions, thoughts, techniques that relate to the topics in the course.

    For example, recently we presented this approach for simplifying rational expressions:
    Find the least common denominator for all denominators in the top and bottom expressions. Due this by factoring each denominator. Then starting with one of them, group all of its factors. Then go to the next denominator and add to the group of factors any factors that are needed for denominator #2. Continue this way for each denominator – result: LCD.
