On Wednesday, the class had an opportunity to visit the restaurant called, “Del Posto,” located in Chelsea. I could not make this field trip on time so I just took around by myself little bit. I have been visited couple of fine dining restaurants before however, as I walked into the restaurant, I felt that Del Posto was the more finest restaurant I have ever visited. Its space is very huge but interior is meticulous. Like we discussed about the characteristics of fine dining during class, Del Posto uses china dinnerware and table cloth as well as glassware, the price of the menu is higher than other types of restaurant, and they have variety selection of wines. After visiting there, I thought about to visit here for anniversary. In my opinion, Del Posto is good restaurant for one-time experience or occasion events.
