According to Pete Wells, many American are losing the tradition of staying home and enjoying a Thanksgiving Dinner with their family and Love ones. The most popular reason he give is the laziness that comes after the dinner. yes is true that who ever hottest the dinner have a lot extra work before and after the dinner but well it bring the family together every year. and well I guess now people want to avoid that extra work and make a reservation. Restaurant also have the freedom to make pre fixe menu that offer costumers a fix price for an X amount of course that also offer a variety of dishes that doesn’t includes turkey.
