My Nursing Philosophy

In the field of nursing, I ascribed to the principle of patient safety. Physical and psychological patient safety is effectively applied through providing and coordinating care, giving emotional support and delivering accurate information. The patient safety concept is strengthened when all members of the multidisciplinary team are involved; physicians, nurses, patient care associates (PCAs), occupational and/or physical therapist (OT/PT), family, home health aides (HHAs) and pharmacists.Effective patient safety will promote good physical and emotional outcomes.
