Thesis Statement + Subtopics: Sentence used to indicate the main point of the essay with listed points to back up stance and located at the end of the intro.
Subtopic: A smaller topic to address a much larger topic
Topic Sentences: The first sentence of every body paragraph to indicate the subject in which you are elaborating about
Transitional words + phrases: Words used to help a sentence run smoothly. (i.e. however, yet, but, etc.)
General edits: Includes punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc.
Conclusion: Paragraph used to restate points and end the essay with a clear thought.
