As a concierge of a Brooklyn boutique hotel, I chose the families with teen aged children to visit the Brooklyn Bridge Park. According to the Brooklyn Bridge website there are many activities for families and children to do. The Brooklyn bridge park has a very nice view for the families and children to enjoy such as the view of the Brooklyn Bridge, the sea, the view of the city and many more. Pier 1 is a location in the park where the lawn is located.  The lawn allows families and children to enjoy the sunlight while having picnics. There are also playgrounds for children to enjoy themselves. Pier 6 is where the volleyball courts are located for people who enjoy playing sports. Within the park there is a Ice Cream factory where anyone can visit to purchase Ice cream. According to the New York Times article a new bridge called Squibb Bridge was created for people to have an easier and fast way to get into the park. This bridge is in a shape of a letter “W” where it is 50 feet above the ground. Brooklyn Bridge Park is an wonderful place to have people visit.
