    The second (though it was originally supposed to be the third) and final debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden is about to begin. The microphones will be muted so that only the one whose turn it is to talk will get to talk. Trump needs to win back some voters he’s alienated, and Biden still has room to do a more effective job of conveying his positive vision for the country. It will be interesting to see how things go tonight.
