For Professional and Technical Editing, we were assigned to edit and provide suggestions on how to improve New York City College of Technology’s college catalog. As this document spanned a little over 300 pages, the work was broken down into smaller chunks and divided among different groups. My group member, Christopher Navarrete, and I were tasked with editing the Professional Studies portion of the catalog. This project was also unique in that we were working for a client, rather than for the professor, and had to keep in contact with them and ensure they were satisfied with our progress.
