From my design journal

I chose spatial depth as a design principal because I’m interested in how visual weight, perspective, shading, etc. creates realism to an image.

I learned that I need to stay away from symbolism and get a second opinion before I start a composition. I should lay out all the elements before finalizing.  I learned that ruling out frames is not as easy as it looks and that it’s important to have straight lines. I learned the importance of spacing in a composition.

Examples of Texture

I chose this as an example  because it shows the texture of the circuits and components from inside a computer

I chose this example because he shows you how to draw many different textures using cubes.
