Toward the end of the book Tituba goes back to her home in Barbados. She meets another guy who is named Iphigene and has sex with him but realizes that it is a mistake because he is too young. I think that the men in Tituba’s were never living up to her expectations and because of this she just always seem to fall short of having a good life.
