Fette Sau was by far my favorite stop on the Williamsburg tour. It is located at 354 Metropolitan avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211. They are open Monday- Thursday 5-11pm and Friday- Sunday 12-11 pm. Fette Sau is a BBQ restaurant, serving items such as Han pulled Berkshire shoulder and brisket. They also serve sides which includes Dante’s German potato salad, and burnt end baked beans, I don’t have the pulled pork or side beans which also contained pork, because of my religious, but I must admit it looked good and smelled great. I did consume the brisket which was so delicious, it was very tender and full of smokey flavor. The sauces we’re also a perfect peering. I am salivating over the memory. I would definitely revisit Fette Sau in the near future.
