   In our visit to the BHS our group learned how to search specific documents with in their computer system of archives. We were introduced to this way of research by Robin. The system works mainly by narrowing the search through the use key words. Our task was to find photographs on the Brooklyn theatre fire. Our first trials gave us over one thousand results which led to going back to the search box called query. After getting familiarized with the system we were able to share information among our groups. This method of exploring archives allows us to electronically go over information and also ensures that the condition o these artifacts or primary sources to be maintained and preserved.
