from queens to brooklyn

Going to the Brooklyn Historical Society was a big eye opener for me. I myself barely know Brooklyn, I’m just a Queen’s gal. Hearing all this history about Brooklyn and having it surround me was a bit overwhelming. From photos to the vast letters, then seeing old atlas’ it was an endless amount of knowledge right in front of me. I love how so much information can come from looking at a few documents. I was able to see into the past at a architectural and intellectual standpont.
