Agenda Outline
Be sure to store a copy of each weekly agenda and resulting notes on Brightspace.
Journal
Keep note of your experiences throughout the process. Content for your journal can be found in your weekly production meetings for your assigned events. You will create an agenda, take notes at the meeting and disseminate the notes after the meeting.
Possible Topics
- Define event
- Measurable goals
- Marketing plan
- Milestones GANT
- Timeline and critical path and time needed to put on event PERT
- Staffing needs WBS
- Projected estimate VS final budget
- Summarize obstacles you overcame, what you learned from your event.
