1. In order to know our budget, we need to create a budget proposal and spreadsheet.
2. The forms that are turned in will be review by the financial department.
3. The financial staffs, President, and Treasurer will then meet during budget hearings and discuss club’s future plans. During the hearing, they will try to negotiate a profitable budget.
4. The President and Treasurer have to attend every budget hearing .
5. After the budget proposal is finalized by the club members and financial department, the proposal will sent to the school senate and they will decide the budget for the club.
6. If there is any questions about the budget proposal or any unclear budget information, club members and the financial staff will compromise the issue.
