The coco beans is roasted differently from each of the located produce from , which they roast about to 2 bags a day. Chocolate is made from the coco beans and organic cane sugar. They offers 30 minutes tours everyday between hour 11 am to 5 pm. This where the they explain the chocolate making process.
I personally don’t like the sample of the chocolate tasted because it was bit too much with bitterness ,smell, and taste for me. The goat milk chocolate smelled was to fresh with from the animal itself. The olive chocolate was smooth in mouth but was also bitter.
Before I stepped inside the door I could smell the distinct aroma of roasted coco bean. The smell was very intense, to intense in my opinion. I love chocolate, but wasn’t a fan of the favors I tried while there. The sheep’s milk flavored chocolate tasted like as was eating the meat itself, did not like it. Most of Mast Brothers chocolate was bitter, and I hate dark chocolate, but to each his own. I liked the rapping they used for the chocolate, very creative, was as if they were gong for the idea of Christmas morning wrapped in a bow.
This chocolate shop is very unique, they use basic ingredients that you can pronounce. They have the production of chocolate in the same shop which makes it really cool to watch. It maybe natural ingredients but when it came to tasting the chocolates weren’t of my liking, All of the chocolates were too bitter for me. The goats milk had a sour taste like the cheese , I didn’t like it. I would of liked to have tasted their milk chocolate maybe that one wasn’t so bitter, perhaps one day if I happen to visit again.
