Dear students,

This OpenLab page will serve three functions in our class: it will serve as a place for me to post your assignments and to provide updates or clarifications to those assignments, it will be a location for us to post links to useful resources, and, most importantly, it will serve as a class notebook for you.

All your assignments will be posted on OpenLab in some form – this will give you a chance for your classmates to see what you are doing, but I would also encourage you to post discoveries and creations that you feel are relevant to the class. You will be responsible for posting your assignment before the beginning of class – late work will not be accepted without a prior excuse.

Some ground rules to keep in mind – there is limited space for our OpenLab page, so you should not post large files directly. You will need a Dropbox/Google Drive/Onedrive account, and will post links to your file (we will go over these procedures in the first class). In addition, you will need to post a JPEG (bitmap image) of your file, so we know what your linked file contains. In general, the only files you will be posting are PDF files and JPEGS.
