The context of this message is a negative message. The most difficult part for me is always to start. If I can start it I can finish it. I believe your opening statement is just as important as your last. I feel I did a good job in letting the client know I can’t do the task they request but willing to help in a sincere manner. Not sure on what really need to be revise except my grammar, maybe to make the letter shorter.
