Written appreciation for outstanding Guest Service awarded by a guest of EPCOT Center. This award is unique in that a guest must seek out guest services and fill out the Applauseagram themselves in order for me to recognized for going above and beyond. This was significant to me because it let me know that the I am providing a level of service surpassing all others.
