Duties and Taxes
Your order serves as an electronic signature indicating your agreement with the following. By placing an order with Canberra Jewelers, you acknowledge that this sale is occurring outside of the United States and this means that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for the US Customs and Border Protection, and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements.
Returns
We’re sorry things didn’t work out, but the good news is we have fast, trackable, and cost effective returns.
You have 30 days to send back your item(s) from the day you received it. Please follow the four easy steps below:
- Repack your items.
- Download and print your return label.
- Once you have processed and paid for your return you’re ready to send it off. Please make sure to keep your proof purchase! (Free return shipping is offered to customers located in Australia and New Zealand).
- You’ll get an email from us once we have received your returned item(s).
For hygiene reasons, we can not offer refunds on pierced jewelry if the seal has been broken. All items must be unworn and with the original labels attached.
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you believe that an item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team to resolve the issue.
When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage until the refund has been processed by Canberra Jewelers. Canberra Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without mandatory proof of return postage.
Refunds
Once your returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Canberra Jewelers will issue a refund to the original method of payment. If you paid for your order with a gift card or store credit a replacement of the value of the refund will be issued. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the refund has been successfully processed. It can take up to 5 days to process returned items.
Please note that shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Canberra Jewelers does not offer direct exchanges. Please return your merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).
