During my internship, I was tasked with the responsibility of revamping a blogging website to reinvigorate its presence among students and raise awareness about the tools it offers. After team discussions, we decided on two primary focus areas: rebranding and optimizing user engagement.

In the rebranding phase, our team worked on giving the website a fresh identity by updating elements such as the logo, color palette, typography, and overall visual style. Simultaneously, we addressed the challenge of low student engagement by strategizing ways to make the content more relevant, promote the website effectively, and introduce interactive features to encourage active participation.

To enhance user experience, we took a meticulous approach to categorize the website’s content on the home page, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility for visitors. Additionally, we recognized the need for a comprehensive guide for first-time users. Hence, we developed a personal handbook to assist users in creating their e-portfolios, providing step-by-step instructions, valuable tips, and illustrative examples.

Overall, the internship provided an opportunity to contribute significantly to the transformation of the blogging website, aiming for a more user-friendly interface and increased student awareness of its functionalities.
