Before comming to college i wasn’t comfortable writing essays and papers but i didn’t mind doing them. One aspect of my writing that has improved since the begining of the semester is the tone through out my essays. One aspect of academic writing that still challenging me is writing more words because i will run out of ideas and informations. One aspect of academic writing that i enjoy is learning more from the sources.

Thank you for posting and thinking about your writing experience. I’m glad you feel more secure about the tone of your college essays. Your essays are certainly taking on a more academic tone and the fact that you know you need to write more is also showing a sense of understanding about the “purpose” of writing. Keep up the discipline and focus! You have demonstrated again and again that you are a determined student, which is a very important piece to success!
