Changing your password
1. After logging into the OpenLab, click My OpenLab, then My Settings in the right-hand menu.
2. Click Account Settings at the top of the page.
3. Under Change Password, click Reset Password, and you will go through the password reset process where you will need to confirm your new password via a link sent to your City Tech email address.
