I took a picture of these cute little fish ornaments in my uncle’s house. It caught my attention when I was touring around because it made the whole boring oak tree branch “come alive”. It inspires me and I’ve learned to add colorful cute things to make something boring into a piece of art, even if fishes on a tree doesn’t make sense.

This is another piece of art I took a picture of at my uncle’s house, this is a watercolor painting of HongKong I believe in the 1900s. I’m not very good at creating watercolor art but this definitely inspired me and gave me ideas how to blend the colors together.
