In this day and age, there is no escaping selfies. So it is self explanatory as to why people may get bored of the old normal “selfie” and would want to spruce it up, whether it’s by taking a picture of yourself dangling off a cliff or with some wildlife. I feel that selfies are a way to express your individuality; show that you can be quirky, spontaneous, mellow… the list goes on. I do not think it is a good idea to create selfie-free zones, or ban extreme selfies in some areas because by doing so, one is restricting another person’s flow of creativity. Selfies (and photography in general) is a way to show things in an artistic format, and art is to be embraced, not restricted!
