Final Presentations December 17th and 19th – 230-530

Detail Studies (22 x 60″) format

  • First Sheet – current format as per standard
  • Second Sheet – larger details – groups of 4 including isometric

Power Point Presentation

  • Highlights Assembly Process
  • Highlights – Structure/Thermal/Waterproofing/Fire Proofing

Cover Sheet with Drawings List (graded submission)

  • A-100 series
    • Floor plans with dimensions (one floor required) second floor optional
      • Includes walls with wall type keys, room numbers, door numbers and door schedule on the same sheet
      • Column grid dimensions and at least two dimension strings across the floor plan
    • Roof Plan showing drainage pattern
  • A-200 series
    • Reflected Ceiling Plans
      • Must include room labels, ceiling materials, lights, Mech – Supply/Return Registers
    • Color version showing rated walls in color
    • (one floor – two versions plotted – one with color – one without)  All it 201C for color
  • A-300 series
    • Exterior Elevations (all exterior elevations)
    • Building Sections (2 required)
  • A-400 Series (all optional) – focus on your main detail sheets
    • Details – Wall Sections
    • Plan Details – Interior and Exterior
    • Wall Types
  • S- Structural Set – (same as before – no additional work required)
