Promotion-Portfolio Document #1

The letter is a congratulatory/ recognition letter. I am presented as a company CEO for an art agency. The Letter focuses on an employee by the name of Joshua Neal being promoted.  The reference was inspired by my older brother, who is still serving the military. My original draft contained mistakes that were rather intolerable to read. I feel my goodwill message has improved from my original draft. The intro feels more realistic and my letter is more concise and articulate. The biggest challenge for me was revising my draft. However, I believe my writing performance has improved over this course.  I feel the intro was the strongest point in this message.
