During my time at my internship, I was given the opportunity to not only develop my skills but also get to work with the other interns. We were tasked with going to meetings, events, and locations within the organization. For many of the projects, there was great communication between not just my supervisor but also my fellow interns on the tasks we were given. It gave me the chance to talk one on one with them learn about them and help establish that foundation for friendship and networking opportunities. Got to meet this great intern who is an illustrator and works on character designs which are very interesting.
So many of the tasks that we did were mainly exploration and documentation of the building belonging to the organization. Using our skills we worked and updated each other on what we were doing when we all got together for a team meeting and ensuring that we are doing work to help benefit the process of the organization’s projects. Much of the other work is mainly working with the supervisor and ensuring that we are meeting the deadline of the projects and are all up to date and not falling behind as events at the organizations are on the day and can’t be changed to another day we can cover it.
