The workplace for 24/7 ESPORTS NETWORK is very formal. There are three rows divided into groups on what software people will be working on which are rack.ai, premiere pro, and media encoder. There’s also a room which I’m calling the green room since there a times where they would record a few episodes though there’s a studio we have where we do the recordings for the shows. Once filming is done we got the footage and then we start doing our part which is editing it. When it comes to clothing we don’t have a dress code so we don’t have company uniforms so we come in with casual clothes that we would wear on a daily basis. Like I mentioned before they give you flexible hours to work around your schedule I work on three days Monday for 4 hours, Tuesday for 4 hours, and Thursday 6 hours. The day would start by getting there at 8:45 am clocking in and right away and then start to work wherever you left off in the previous day. When it comes to our lunch break we get a 30 minute break we have a lunch were we can go eat, heat up food, store our food, etc. or you can eat at your working area. Since we are close to each other we can easily communicate with one another. We talk about where we are in the editing process and how close we are to finishing our part so the episode can go air on the network. We talk about what the next project each of us will be working on or if one of us needed help with the editing were there to give each advice. Overall the communication between all of us is amazing and feels like we are all working as one.
