I took this picture last year in February. I was in city right across Madison Square Garden arena, getting ready for my S.A.T prep class. There was a lot of fluctuation going on with an amazing scenery. People running for buses. The yellows cab, gypsy cabs, dollar cabs running up and down, corner to corner. Just sitting down on the steps of the post office, observing everything that was going around the city brought back a lot memories when i first went to the city. This made me appreciate and recognize the reason why New York City was the greatest city in the world. Which led me on to take this picture.

This picture reminds me of the first Time I met my first bestfriend 3 years ago. We met off of facebook and noticed we have so much in common. We decided to meet a month after getting to know each other. She was 19 and I was 15 turning 16. After we met in the city everything we did there was things we’ve never done before. After meeting a couple times and getting to know each other more my uncle asked me whos the new person I have been talking too. So I told him everything and showed him her Facebook so he added her. She ended up messaging him and they began getting to know each other, calling, and face timing. Right after they met, dated and now married for two years with a baby. Shes one person who has changed my life around. I had a very rough past and she helped me get through all my struggles and keep me strong and my head up.
